Yesterday I started to notice a twinge in my lower back which got worse as the day progressed. By the time I went to bed it was very painful and I had trouble finding a comfortable sleeping position.
It was quite tricky getting out of bed this morning, and worse trying to put my socks on.
Coupled with some wrist pain from too much computer mousing, I feel that I am starting to fall apart.
I took an Ibuprofen with my breakfast and we drove into Peel for a walk along the Prom to try to loosen up my muscles.
On the way, we noticed a police presence outside a property on the coast road. Local media just mentioned an incident in a local property that was currently being investigated by police and fire officers. A press release is to follow, apparently.
Hope you'll be issuing a further press release too now you've piqued our curiosity.
ReplyDeleteDid your muscles loosen up at all?
All the local constabulary are saying is that further information will be released in due course. Gossip says there was a fire at the property but not sure about the details.
DeleteBack is a little better but that could be down to the pills.
Sorry to hear about your lower back. How is Peregrine at massage? Buy him a tub of "Vaseline" and ask him to have a go. Please let us know what transpired at the coast road property when your informers advise you.
ReplyDeleteI think a massage with a tube of Deep Heat may be the answer. I'll make sure he doesn't bite his fingernails afterwards.
DeleteBack pain = misery. Don't ask how I know. Hope it sorts itself out soon. Keep an eye on it though and 'see the Dr if pain persists'. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd us nosy parkers want to know what went on that warranted a visit from the police and the fire brigade. Onlookers Media Reports will follow I hope.
I shall report back as soon as I know the answer to the mystery.
DeleteMy back is very stiff in the mornings but I find exercise helps. Right now I can barely feel it , I have been on the go all day.
ReplyDeleteI think I must have been sitting awkwardly the day before. It happens from time to time but I tend to forget about my posture until it is too late!
DeleteHope the aches and pains have gone...
