A Happy Bunny

That's me... now that our essential supplies have arrived, courtesy of the giant Amazon.

A whole freezer drawer dedicated to coffee.

I even sneaked in a little present for myself when ordering ...

  1. How tall was The Giant Amazon when he knocked on your door with the coffee? Did he say "Fee-fi-fo-fum!"? I do not know if Lord Peregrine is an Englishman but I bet he was hiding in case The Giant Amazon followed up with "I smell the blood of an Englishman!" Scary.

    1. I didn't see him. I was up in my turret room spinning and sewing.

  3. Good old Amazon. I must investigate it here though I think if we order it comes from Germany and takes ages.
Love the multi coloured pins but was disappointed to see they weren't smarties!

  4. I thought it was going to be something like chocolate. Dressmakers/long quilters pins - bit of a let down eh??
Single colour (bright yellow) are my choice. Tried those shiny multicoloured ones once.......wrong choice for multicoloured floral fabric. They got lost amongst the flowers!

    2. Chocolate - too dangerous!!!
My old pins were tiny little things that came to me when my mother in law died 35 years ago. They were fiddly to use and quite corroded. Now in the scrap metal bin!
Let me know if you try the fishy recipe. I never make it the same way each time. Juat depends on what I have available but the basics stay the same.

  6. I have never used Amazon (or any other delivery service) but am sorely tempted at this locked in time. Luckily nothing I absolutely have to buy!

    1. We only resort to Anazon when we can't get what we need over here. A small island with few retail choices 😏

  7. What is impressing me is that you had a whole empty freezer drawer! Mine is filled to the gills. Nice pins, by the way!

    1. I have always kept my coffee in the freezer as it is supposed to keep it fresher, however, at the rate we get through it, it probably doesn't make much difference.

  10. What a lot of coffee! I love those pins; I have about a dozen of those pretty ones. Can't remember where I got them from...
