Walking In Sunshine

....to misquote Katrina and the Waves.

A gloriously sunny Sunday morning for our walk but now, back home, showered and ready to sit out in the garden and recover, the sea mist has started to roll in.

  1. Darn those in charge of the weather. They really know how to put a damper on the day.
You did get some lovely exercise though

    1. Two hours (6 miles) is just about all I can manage. Coffee and cake at the end is the goal I aim for!

  2. Wish I had some walking friends. It looks like a good time had by all the girls.

    1. They are a lovely group of ladies. We always enjoy our weekly exercise together, even if they do have to stop and wait for me a few times 😓

  3. Today has been a thoroughly miserable day, gloomy and damp. Spent most of the day doing crochet so not too bad, lol

  6. The sun? Ah yes. That thing that pops out for 10 minutes now and again. It's Baltic here. Shorts? YOu've got to be kidding. I had three hefty layers on yesterday and today doesn't look like it will be any better.

    1. Oh dear. We have had to wait quite a while for the sun to come out. Shame it didn't last very long.
I was the only one not wearing shorts.

    2. In my view it is inappropriate to walk around in a bikini - unless you are on a beach or by a swimming pool.
