Storm Alex is currently brushing past us, as this webcam image shows - taken from the tram station up on Snaefell.
Tonight we shall have a spaghetti bolognese with a glass or two of something warming beside the fire.
If it has stopped raining by the morning, I may go out for a walk.
I went for a good seven miles walk today. I am not drinking at the moment. I feel great in body but not in spirit.ReplyDelete
That was a good long walk. Had it stopped raining over on the Irish Riviera then?Delete
It's been good down here but wet in Dublin and Mayo..ReplyDelete
Ten at night and still raining in the Yorkshire Dales.ReplyDelete
After your very dry summer you now get a deluge!Delete
Hope Storm Alex did not make landfall and mostly passed you by. That is rather a gloomy view.ReplyDelete
We have escaped the worst of it, just very wet.Delete
Oh no. Storm Alex got too close for your comfort. Enjoy that 'something' warming. It sure looks wet and gloomyReplyDelete
Wet and gloomy... normal service has been resumed 😉Delete
Remember to wear inflatable armbands on your walk! How different the weather was on October 1st if you look back at the pictures you took that day.ReplyDelete
I am not bothering to go for a walk. Not much fun in wet and muddy conditions.Delete
What would I find to talk about without our capricious weather?
Perry's illustrious family history and how you hooked him back in the day?Delete
Sometimes a nice fire and staying inside is snuggly. 'Always look on the bright side of life' lolReplyDelete
I like snuggly xDelete
