My daily random ramblings
It’s the other way round in our house!
That is unusual!
Our house too. Mr B can't help himself and online click to purchase doesn't help. It drives F nuts - she is constantly trying to 'downsize' and Mr B justs regards freed up space as something to fill.
P only buys man stuff. You know, chainsaws, fence posts, club hammers etc...
I always thought it was just women that are programmed to shop. But now I can't walk past a bargain especially at a carboot sale.
Can't resist a bargain.
As. my dear late farmer would have said - many a true word spoken in jest
This one is very apt
That's cute! Tho, I never did shop with my ex husband when he was my husband!
Very wise, Ellen.
Is the fellow with the flat cap meant to be Lord Peregrine?
It is indeed, YP.
I do all our (food) shopping, I couldn't possibly trust Lady M. She never makes a list, and I suspect buys things for their pretty packets rather than the contents.
Love the cartoon - I wonder how many people agree! One of the "joys" of living alone (as a widow) - you can buy what you like, or not as the case may be, and there's no one to spoil the fun! No one to listen to you grumble either, when you think "Why did I buy that"!!
Although I am quite used to talking to myself, any comments on my posts are very welcome, provided they are not abusive. I do reply to them so please check back. It's good to talk (!)
