An Evening Stroll

I was feeling quite full after supper so,  as it was such a perfect summer's evening, we decided to go for a stroll.

Three minutes down to the Prom at the end of our road, then follow the hill up and around the lanes behind our house.

I feel much better now.

  7. Such beautiful images and a lovely place to live. It's not quite like that in the Hertfordshire countryside but we do have some lovely walks albeit without sea views ! XXXX

    1. Thanks Debby. There are some scruffy areas around here but the sea views make up for it.

  13. Oooo that sea is sooo still. Your walk sounds idyllic. All so beautiful and fresh, you’re so lucky to live just a skimming stone’s distance from that beautiful stretch of coastline.

  14. No wonder you feel better - because we need nature and the quiet inspiration it brings. Today I drove to the beach and swam for all of three minutes - then I returned to my work - it was enough!

    1. Swimming seems to be quite popular in this current heat. Our beach has more people and dogs than I have seen for some time.
